Bowl Me Over - Bolo We are excited over our boy, Bolo. He is a dream come true. I knew when he was born that he was the boy for me. He is growing up very nicely and has done well in the show ring. Bolo has a wonderful temperament, has a gorgeous coat, gorgeous tail and has shown well in All Breed shows as well as Specialty shows. We hope the best for him. He also has a great desire to retrieve. That brings us to why his name is Bolo. As a puppy about 5 months, he decided to go into the other dogs crates and retrieve the metal bowls when the dogs were done. He would bring them to me in the kitchen. I just thought that was something else, took the bowls and gave him a cookie. Well, this became a passion for him, he would stack the bowls and carry into the kitchen and bring them to me to wash. My husband and I almost died laughing. Who said dogs don’t think?? He still does the bowl thing today. We went to Michigan to show Bolo in the Premier, UKC show, with our friends from Stormy C Labradors, Christina and Steve Trojak. I must say, it was very much if not the same as a AKC show. Bolo picked up 60 points towards his UKC Championship and 2 competition wins. He only needs 40 more and 1 competition win to be a UKC Champion. Bolo went Best Male and Best of Winner at the United Retriever Club Specialty (UKC) and Best Male at the United Labrador Retriever Association Specialty 6/11/09.

UKC BISS Ch. Stormy C's Superbad - McLovin
We would like to introduce our newest boy!!!
We
are very excited about him and we would like to thank our
friends Christina and Steve Trojak of Stormy C Labradors for this
wonderful boy. We are honored to co-own our new boy, with Christina and
Steve. We have all become friends and McLovin has the best of both homes.
Both our kennels are excited over this fantastic boy.
His name is Stormy C’s Superbad, but we call him "McLovin". He has type, personality and we anticipate McLovin will be an absolute joy to show. He has already began his show career in the UKC, when we went up to Michigan to the 2009 Premier show. At Premiere, McLovin went Best Male Novice Labrador Puppy at the United Retriever Club Specialty and then went Best Novice Puppy in Specialty Show at the Untied Labrador Retriever Association Show over older pups! Pretty good for never being n a show ring! McLovin just loved showing and has the “I’m here” attitude that we hope will make him successful in the AKC and UKC in the upcoming months and years!

Panzer was my pick of the litter. He has the most wonderful front in a labrador. His temperament is wonderful, he is a clown and loves to work. We are so proud of the fact that he took WD and BOW at the Labrador Retriever Club, Inc. National. It was his day and he showed like the pro that he was. I have worked him for his Rally title which I hope to get this spring or summer. I had planned to get it in the winter, but things happen and we had to put that on hold, until spring. He loves to work and just lives for it.
